Rock City's Enchanted Garden of Lights

(Disclosure: We received this day trip for a review, as always all opinions expressed here are my own. This is a sponsored blog post by: Rock City's Enchanted Garden of Lights).

I remember loading up in the car as a kid myself to head to Rock City. We'd be super excited not only for the lights and seeing Santa, but the overall magic that brought even our wildest imaginations to life.

Rock City has the most amazing ancient rock formations, gardens with over 400 native plant species, and jaw dropping views. Located at the top of Lookout Mountain and minutes away from downtown Chattanooga, which you can view out from "Lover's Leap", the 7 States Views.

This was the first time we had taken the kids, and they had no idea what the were in store for. To be honest, my husband and I didn't either! While Rock City is known for the views, magical gardens and more, each season they add new amenities, lights, and more. All the more reason to come back!

Rock City is magical all year round, but the magic definitely comes to life during Christmas time! This year, they celebrate their 25th year with their holiday tradition award winning Enchanted Garden of Lights!

During out visit we got to see dancing trees, fairies, Santa's Soldiers, Magic Valley, Elf Village, Rocky's Haus, Fairyland Caverns, Mother Goose Village, Toy Land, Snowman Frontier, Inara the Ice Queen and Jack Frost. We also visited the little shops and treated ourselves to a delicious funnel cake and we had to have some rock candy, of course!

The kids got to see Santa and a few of his elves! They were so excited that Santa just so happen to be at Rock City with them during this busy time of year. He let us know that his favorite cookies are ALL of them! They got to get their picture made with Santa and tell him what they were hoping to get for Christmas this year. In the next room Mrs. Claus had the cutest little setup where she helped all of the little ones decorate cookies!

Rock City has annual passes as well, which are totally worth it! There's always more magic to see and tons more to do! You can even bring your pet along! Plan your day by clicking - here. Be sure to stop by the dining shops, we could smell those chocolate chip cookies all the way over at Mother Goose Village! Once you've experienced all of the magic, grab some coffee or hot cocoa and enjoy the view!

Special thanks to Rock City, the staff who were amazing and so helpful, and to Santa for making a quick stop while we were there, for such a whimsical evening. Our kiddos are already asking when we are going back!

See you all on the next blog!
